The post in the foreground has been so damaged that it has lost its squarish
appearence. Compare it with the post on the extreme right, which has yet
to experience the same treatment. However, it too, has already begun to
show signs of manual tampering.
In the background you can see what remains of a wall; its grid of steel
bars now exposed to the elements.
Explosions do not do this kind of damage.
