On top of certain section of the Barracks, are steel bars that protrude from concrete blocks, posts, pillars, and walls.
Again, note that many of these exposed bars seem to be the result of chipping action and the extraction of large blocks of concrete.
I was also told that the steel bars were being removed to insure the safety of people who would be doing the Walkthrough.
Since it is highly unlikely that this projected Walkthrough is going to take tourists all the way to the top of the building, I am still trying to figure out the rational behind cutting the bars from these lofty areas.
